Financial Aid Application

 

Dear Parents,

 

Our scholarship application process will continue to use the online web based application found at www.yeshivahaid.org.  This site will be used by several schools to eliminate the need for parents to fill out different applications for children in different schools.  Simply check off multiple boxes of the different schools your children attend and each school will receive a copy of your application.

 

The website www.yeshivahaid.com requires each person to create a login /userID name as well as a password that must be 8 characters long and contain at least 1 number. If you applied last year, you must reapply this year, but you can use your old login.  If you do not remember your user name, please contact the business office to retrieve it for you.

 

Please be assured that the website is a secure site.  It can be accessed only by you, the scholarship committee and the business office.   All information that is required can either be attached when filling out the form or faxed to the school specific fax number listed on the first page.  Faxing sensitive documents will not breach any confidentiality.   Any account numbers and/or social security numbers can be deleted or blocked out if you choose.

 

Select "Create application for 2011-2012" for the upcoming school year, as this is the year you are requesting tuition assistance.  Each line on the application must be filled out in order to complete and submit the form.  If a section does not apply to you, then please write “N/A” or $0.00 in order to proceed.

 

All additional paperwork and information that you would like the committee to take into account when making their decision should be submitted with your application.  There is a section called "Additional Information" at the end of the application.

 

Please note that the application deadline is May 15, 2011.
