The graduation of the class of 2003 marked a special milestone--the completion of our initial educational cycle by graduating our first four classes. With this milestone came the establishment of the Ma’ayanot Alumnae Association. The goal of this Association is twofold. First and foremost, this Association is to be the vehicle through which Ma’ayanot can continue to share in the lives of our alumnae, and to facilitate the efforts of our alumnae to remain in contact with each other. Second, many of our alumnae have expressed a desire to give something back to Ma’ayanot, and we hope that this Association will provide those opportunities as well.

Over the past few years our alumnae have made the observation that consistently, our graduates report that they are fantastically prepared for their post high school academic careers, whether in Israel, in college and university, and beyond. In addition, so many of the graduates also remember with admiration the efforts of their former teachers, and fondly recall the excitement for learning acquired at Ma’ayanot, as well as the warmth and caring of the homey atmosphere. It is our hope that through the Ma’ayanot Alumnae Association, it will be possible to initiate programs that allow our graduates to feel as if they are still very much a part of the Ma’ayanot family. We are confident that this continuing relationship will prove satisfying and beneficial to you, our graduates, and to our current students as well.

This year we are excited that the class of 2000 will have their tenth reunion! We look forward to welcoming everyone back and having the opportunity to reconnect with classmates.
